"... okay, I have another plan!"

E

February, the month of love has finally arrived. Some have romantic plans planned out, some are just making it a Singles day, and others are just moving along like it's a regular day. The students of CHS have a ton of plans to make this a great day.

This was a fun start to the story! Indigo and Rainbow make for a fun pairing in this universe, especially in the way that they deal with preparing for their date. XD

One typo I caught just now though. "the thumping base" - that should be "bass" since you're talking about music.

Freaking Limestone. :rainbowlaugh: I had a lot of fun writing the Pie sisters in this installment. (Do wish I could have done more with Maud or Marble though, but that's just me.)

Thanks again for letting me use this idea, Four. Pinkie and Sandalwood are, admittedly, a kind of odd couple (the bubbly party lover and the hippie boy) but I thought it could be cute. Hope that other readers find it cute too.

Very good start of the story.

Indigo and Rainbow Dash are so cute together!

Another heartwarming chapter! This chapter makes me want to hug Pinkie! :pinkiesad2:

At least she and Sandalwood are together!

Same ol' Limestone! But what happened to her hand? :rainbowderp:

That was a continuity note I had added from an old Shattered short and a project that I have now disowned. :twilightblush: Basically Limestone had an unfortunate accident, but at the same time, struck gold. :scootangel:

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! I set out in the hope of making the reader feel sorry for Pinkie, so I'm happy that it worked out. XD

I always kind of figured that Pinkie, given how sensitive she can be, would still have guilt or hangups over her past as one of Sunset's lackeys, and wanted to work a bit of that into this chapter - and since Sandalwood was one of the first of her classmates to be nice to her at the Friendship Games, I thought it'd fit that she'd have a crush on him. Like I said in my comment, it's an odd pair, but I think it's cute. ^_^

Thanks for letting me write this chapter, Four, and thanks for agreeing to my suggestion of who to partner Applejack with! It was a fun exercise and I think that they'd make a cute couple.

This was cute. Nice to see a chapter that's just about friends hanging out and enjoying being together, even on a day that's associated with romance and all. Especially fun to see the focus on Fluttershy in this installment!

Also, I fricking love that in this AU, both Gilda and Cadence are roller-derby players. That was just gold. :rainbowlaugh:

I enjoyed this chapter! Applejack and Thunderlane are so sweet together!

This is a very sweet message about Valentine's Day: just because you don't have a date, doesn't mean you can't have fun with your friends!

Gilda I can definitely see as a roller-derby player in this universe, but Cadence!?

Didn't see that coming! :rainbowderp:

I agree. Just a really touching, and important, message for the holiday.

Hehehe... Cadence being a skater was my idea, but I can't claim full credit. There's an issue of MLP: Friends Forever where Babs Seed takes Rarity to a derby match. One of the skaters there is named "Shining Harmer" and she looks a LOT like Cadence, which I found too funny to pass up!

Really? That's interesting. I should check out the comics sometime!

This was just good silly fun. Flash getting taken out to paintball by Aria, because of course that'd be her idea of a grand time. :pinkiehappy: Still, it was sweet to see how they both had fun, and that ending scene with the two of them was legitimately touching.

"...What if they start asking about having kids?"

Oh no. Oh no. :rainbowlaugh:

Another great chapter! I can definitely see something that Aria and Flash will do together.

That last line! :rainbowlaugh:

I swear, those two are adorable! :rainbowkiss:

A great ending to a great story!

"The Creature from the Depths from 1953," Trixie read. "I thought we could have fun watching an old monster movie. Unless you rather watch something else...?"

Idle thought, you might want to put a comma after the movie title, just for the sake of differentiating it from the date it released. I should have caught that earlier, my bad.

That being said, this was a good helping of fluff and sweetness, nice way to close the story out on!
