Nice story! I liked it.
A few grammatical and tense issues that could be cleaned up with a simple edit or three, but otherwise a hilarious story.
Twi should just be happy she didn't summon any hentai demons. Things would have gotten ugly. Or awesome, depending on who you are.

I'm sure she'd be fine. Princess Molestia could do things much better/worse than any sort of hentai monster.
I really like how you described Twilight's mental space as a landscape that she would retreat to. I wanted to see more of this landscape. Also, the ending was fun, but I had to go back and reread through Twilight's experiments to get what was happening there.
Today, Twilight Sparkle learned that making mistakes can lead to brilliant revelations.
