Many moons ago, two souls connected on Hearth’s Warming. Since then, one became a princess, while the other became a recluse, who has only just started to come out of her turtleneck shell again. Now, Moondancer has the chance to rekindle what she thought might be gone forever, but does Twilight still feel the same? And is Moondancer willing to put her heart out there again?

Despite the casual dress of the other ponies, she was wearing eyeshadow.

I love the implication that makeup qualifies as a form of clothing to ponies.

In any case, I'll be honest, this year I was more focused on writing than reading for Jinglemas, so when the time came to actually pick characters for it, I basically pulled one out of a hat. All told, I think you did a fantastic job with Bookhorse 2: Book Harder, and Twidancer is always a sweet ship. The added detail about that old turtleneck is especially sweet.

All told, thank you for a lovely Jinglemas present.

This was a nice story. When Rainbow and Rarity ran off, I figured they already knew Twilight would be interested in Moondancer, but I suppose not. Twilight being the one to give her her sweater is an interesting twist.
