A rewrite Mysterious Mare-Do-Well intended to fix the problems people had with the episode. Not a revenge or accusation fic.
This was fun to write as I love fix fics and am rather tired of the constant Mare-Do-Well accusation and revenge fics. So doing an actual fix fic rewriting the episode seemed like a lot of fun.

This was a great read. And I also agree that there has been a lot of accusation and revenge fics are rather exhausting.
By the way, where is the Mare Do Well character tag?
Man i like the accusation fics just cause but i liked this one a lot better. It solved the problem in a good way and nobody got hurt. It really felt like the crew were tryin to be a good friend for rainbow and that for rainbow she was actually learning something rather than being a dumbass. Good fic my dude.
Fix?
You know, I think Rainbow's inflated ego would've resulted in some serious consequences down the road had it not been popped by her friends with their Mare-Do-Well disguise. I guess Rainbow really needed to think about what could happen in the long term if she kept on with her bragging.

Pinkie, I'm pretty sure you're the only one in Ponyville who knows who Minty is, and that's assuming she's even in this generation.
Another thing that I do like about this story is that the ending is more conclusive than the original episode.
I say that because we never did find out in the original episode if Mare-Do-Well still had her parade or not.
If only the real episode was like this. Heck it could of been 2 episodes where we see things from b oth RD and her friends POV.
