As someone who hate hate HATES Jason and his hyper aggressive tendencies, I am approaching this with morbid curiosity. I wonder what reasons he could have to try and slaughter our ponies who are neither teenagers nor counselors nor even in the same realm as the ones responsible for his demise.

You wouldn't be wrong. I wanted him to be able to express himself without speaking so I made his eyes more cartoon like. I always liked those older cartoons like 'Lambert the Sheepish lion', 'Johnny Fedora and Alice BlueBonnet' or even 'wall.e' where they could mostly express themselves without words.
If you really get down to it, everyone Jason killed, kind of deserved it.

Are you not including 'Freddy vs Jason' in the timeline of Jason's life? I was sort of looking forward to Luna's reaction to Freddy's modus operandi when they were looking at Jason's memories. And since girls and the Princesses would learn Freddy's name it would give you a tie in for an antagonist, or at least a punching bag for Luna.

I did have a tying link to 'Freddy vs Jason' when Luna showed his memory at the castle. The weigh in at Las Vagas with the stripe sweater wearing burn victim that was on display. It was a promo thing i remember watching before the movie came out and i loved it. I had contemplated having a few lines of Freddy being in the background of Jason's dream in chapter 7 but still kinda keeping him in the back pocket for the moment. I'm wanting to get through the beasty I have introduced before I possibly bring him into the story. Still hashing out idea's of were I want the story to lead. I have even figured out the 'how' i could bring him in, I'm just not sure if I should pull that trigger yet, if at all.
Anyway, the time line I'm going with is the first Friday the 13th till after Freddy vs Jason with a smattering of the reboot Jason thrown into the mix. Jason X isn't included, just because I couldn't fit it in for my head cannon for the story..... For now.

I've been working on it little by little. I just have bouts of writers block sometimes when I go to type anything on this. Even had to re-write the beginning of the chapter when I could think of anything. I have in mind what I want in this chapter, its just making sure it flows decently. though I keep debating with myself whether or not I should break it into two chapters or have it as a whole,
Anyway, I haven't abandoned it, just taking longer then I expected.

You have more then proven that you are able to allow your stories to breath as well as the characters and have proven to be very adept at writing an entertaining, addicting and flowing story that grips you and keeps you wanting to keep reading.
