Well, certainly improved my Halloween at any rate. Not the world's biggest Super Monsters fan, but it was cute enough and the characters really played off each other very well.
But seriously, you do you and don't let anyone give you any crap about this story. Like, seriously, this was so you it almost hurts. Also, writing this story for ages? That's a bit of an understatement.
(Also, was it wrong to listen to Thriller and PARTY while reading this?)

Yes. I did. I made all of the Rainbooms’ lyrics, but when it came to when the Super Monsters took over, it’s mostly taken from the credits of the show from Season 2 onwards, since it’s like an extended version of the theme song. (Not counting Vida’s role in the roll call. That I made from the ground up. And it makes the song feel complete in my eyes, because there’s now 8 bars instead of 7.)

A VERY appropriate story for Halloween. Admittedly, this is the first I have EVER heard of the Super-Monsters franchise, but I DO find this a rather light-hearted crossover with two sets of characters who play off each other quite well (which is EXACTLY what a truly GOOD crossover SHOULD do).
Anyway, really good job on the exchanges, characterizations and future chapter set-up in all the right places. I especially liked the Rainbooms finding out more about the Super-Monsters' abilities and vice-versa (as well as the Rainbooms realizing that not ALL magic in the world has to be Equestrian).
Anyway, you have obviously worked REALLY hard on this crossover for quite some time as you have said and the hard work definitely shows. :-D

Wow. This was a long one... and it was worth the read. I did not know anything about Super Monster and the intro for the monsters was helpful. Songs in stories I never really read cuz I just don't. But this one I did and it was awesome. Good work Shadow.

Well, I'm impressed that I read this in one day. I took a few breaks, but still. I liked this story.
Took me a few hours to read it all, but it as worth it.
I've never heard of Super Monsters before now, but this was so cute and I kinda want to check it out now.
