It's incredibly rare stuff. I'd say there's not even art for it. But it's really hot nonetheless. It's all fantasy, so the elephant could just sneeze them out later after their victim falls asleep to the gentle sounds of their heartbeat

Or they get pulled into the bloodstream if you wanna be 'really' weird with it :p
