I think you're gonna like it
This definitely was worth the wait. This is because the visuals are great, the setting is certainly one that draws you in, and the introduction flowed as smooth as the surface of the tower itself.
The discovery of the 'window at the top' was a wonderful foreshadow for what was ahead. The 'living' aspect of the tower itself also reminds me of something a magic akin to The Tree of Harmony would have.
The story also does what is sometimes forgotten in such a tale. This being having a genuine plot and conflict outside of what is wrapped around Shinig's plot. :)
When Shining had some of his magic drained, I felt the 'atmosphere' of the room. The feel I was getting, thanks to the chapter title, is how one may feel if put into a kind of 'puzzle' that is filled with an array of unknown possibilities as, like what The Tree of Harmony did, this place adjusts to whomever it traps.
I hear no music. I hear little sound. The only thing I feel is an open room where the flickering of the ethereal torches is heard along with the weary footsteps of Shining Armor. The sounds of the diaper would, without a doubt, make the most sound for the thereal torches would intentionally be light as to enhance what trials were in store for its latest visitor.
First floor complete -- On to the next level.

Awesome chapter even better then the last one I really didn't expect that you would start with getting him into a tantrum would be part of the process with the toys just serving to frustrate him further. Getting him powered was very interesting I hope we will see more of that, I take it that the smell will be part of always reminding him if how foalish he looks. Sucking the bottle lead to interesting speculations., Then nape and the Sombra plush I hope to see it again or something similar or something similar. Everything was excellent was excellently well executed, you manged to satify all the ABDL kinks all the while slowly build up the mystery and misleading the reader, great job on that.
I wonder if the tantrum was to start getting his guard down and will pave the way to more infantile behaviors. I would guess that the train will come back maybe later. So getting his into a tantrum was a good start to warp his mind now I wonder if he will become more easily distracted of his surroundings, or that his imagination will start playing tricks on him, with just the though if imagining makes it real to his mind, or that he will gradually become more impulsive as time goes on in what he want; could there also be a part where he will be unable to stop crying to get what he wants and can't control his emotions any more? I wonder if one of the steps will involve spankings and getting him to fear authority or teach obedience?
I would love to see him start getting a pink shade to his white coat, or getting more girly as time goes one, hope to see more sissy stuff in this story too.

Hun interesting chapter, loved the sissification, but I was hoping for something more unexpected in the twist then using Poison joke, but I guess there was only so much you could do in that floor. Hum maybe letting out something more ominous behing everything would have added to the tention of the situation. Happy to see that he is still a stallion, the mental shift is interesting, I wonder what is the effect on draining his magic? I hope he gets to see to see in a mirror soon, I wonder if this would bring a form a narcissus to him. I expect the next one will be about his or her, will be getting a new mane style very soon. Yeah, this will be one of the shortest chapters of the fic by far, just because there wasn’t much to do this time around. But now that he looks the way he does, what I have planned for the fifth floor will be a ton of fun.
I really wondered if he was going to become full-mare. But I'm glad he just became feminine instead of losing his most precious treasure between his legs!
Still, I wonder if it would shrink down at some point. c:
