ill sue you for breaking my heart!
Everytime I come to this site, there's that one story that always make me break down and cry.
That was good. If you fleshed it out a bit more - go into full-er detail Spike's feelings for Rarity, and just making it longer in general - could help in the feels department. Right now it's a "Tug at the Heartstrings" with a mild over her death. I easily can tell that a bit more work could bring a "THE FEELS, THEY ARE SO HIGH" with a full on 1 ro 1 1/2 s over the death.
Good job none-the-less!
Much thanks! I was wanting to go a bit deeper into Spike's thoughts, but at the time, I was just trying not to cry myself!
1093231 Its alright man i feel you *walks up and hugs you*
Manly Tears have been shed today...
I curse you for making me shed man tears for that you get this gif.

I dont get emotanal over storys or movies or anythink like that but i could not mask my sadness, and you almost, ALMOST, made me cry. I will be watching you and i cannot wait till your next story. (just dont make it as sad, please.)
Poor Rarity. It's a very Victorian fanfic.
I can't believe i'm crying...
Not bad and very sad.
I still prefer happy endings though. dl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/emoticons/misc_Lyra_cry.png
The hospital's white rooms...
"That's a good way to start off a a happy story." *says sarcastically*
Sleepings for the dead as they say just be glad their suffering is at an end
I cried. A lot.
I sighed. This one's done too. This one made me cry too.
I got up from my chair and walked to the window next to me. It's night time, but i can hear a young girl saying "Goodnight" at someone. No idea who. Maybe she just said "Goodnight" to herself or to the wind.
Knowing how Spike loved Rarity... just... made this story much deeper. My glasses are wet. So my eyes. So my cheeks. So my mind.
I'll... I'll just stand still in front of the window until something happens. Depression getting me... I feel alone. So Spike now.
No words..
You're welcome.
Not a huge SpikexRarity fan but this was worth my time. Great job on the feels.

Rereads. Cries again, though not as hard.
Cries on shoulder.
Wow, that was beautifully sad ! Wonderful job though, faved~
someone responded with mad world? Im afraid to read it
ill fave it and upvote it for now...
Absolutely heartrending.
I... I need a moment.
1093583 That's a slower, more melancholy remake of the "Tears for Fears" song from the early 80's. It's interesting how a different instrumental selection and tempo with the exact same verses and melody can totally change the mood of the song.
Oh, and as for the story, it made me a little sad, as any main character loss will do when written well. But I've seen the 'character gets ill and dies' short story plot many many times. It does tend to lose its impact after a hundred stories or so. The impact is greater in a longer work, where you build up a vested interest in the character and their relationships. Make everything look like it's all going splendidly, then give everyone an emotional wedgie and watch them sob.
Six out of five crys.

:
I cried. I never cry to a story. Not even when Pinkie (Fav character) dies.
You made me cry
1094990 And then I saw that, and I laughed.
So now I'm happy and sad!
P.S. Happy+Sad=Sappy

I agree in this. I get much more upset when I see a character go that's been around for longer. I realized that this concept may be a bit cliche but once I had those writer's thoughts going, I really just wanted get it down and see what others thought. Your critisism is much appreciated.
Loved the ending in the part related to "Secret to my excess" on the fire stone he gave to Rarity. Well done!
1095134 Git away from mah sentry!
Manly tears have been shed.
1094838
That made my night.
I didn't cry at this story, but it pulled off a generous helping of catharsis for Sparity. Aristotle would be proud on that basis.
1095300 Wat?
You've confuzzled me, what sentry? Oh that one? Let me annoy you and slap him!
But seriouslt, Wat?
WHY! WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME!!!! this is nearly as sad as my little dashie. YOu are amazing
If i ever build up the courage to read this you will know that i have almost shed a tear almost.
Very well written very sad though. Made me cry
She knew how much Rarity had ]grown to mean to me in these past few years, and how distraught I had become as she became increasingly
sick.
(assuming)
you; Sad because of story
me; If only we could go to the funeral and attempt to add extra depth to it.
you; That you hate the idea but can't disagree
me; For even suggesting and idea to this already sad story
Nicely done, made me "see/feel" Spike's position, 1094838 But this person is correct in the fact that if this/their approach was taken I would have also seen/felt Rarity's position
i didnt cry throughout the whole thing, then as i got to the last words, i broke down... POOR RARITY!!!!!!
*crash* *shatter* "Can someone help me pick up my heart pieces?"
That was absolutely beautiful... No other words can describe it

I'm not crying!
...
Aww, who am I kidding?
Hmm. Can we get a sequel to this? Where Spike goes all changling hunter as a young adult? Also, MY FEELS
I think Celestia and Luna would have wanted to see her off too.
The text kept going back and forth between touching and clever to average and tired. All by itself I might give it a thumb, but I know heartthrob stories like this get heaps of generic positive praise, and I don't want to contribute to a rating I don't think this story deserves, but is eventually going to get.
I cried. There I said it.
Really liked this. Very descriptive, really painted a picture of the scene in my head. Part of the reason why this was such a tearjerker.

I appreciate the honesty and can see where you're coming from actually. I know after being on here for a while you tend to see repeated concepts even if the story in its entirity isn't the same. Thank you much however for at least giving my story a read as well as your opinion.
I feel'd all over the place, man.
