Yes. Technically, we aren't aware of any spiders that have wings.
Our spiders fly by less conventional means - primarily kites, obviously, but some spiders have been observed to be able to 'rope trick' their way around even when it's completely still. That part is believed to be some sort of electrostatic phenomena not yet fully explored or understood.

So, in Equestria they have flying spiders that use sensible and proven wings, while we have spiders that fly by dicking around with energy fields.
