Dear Stu,

I'm writing to let you know I have written and visited Ponyville General myself while visiting, and I too would like to apologize for misdirecting you: The hospital requires a certain standard of proven competence usually acquired during Equestrian schooling. Still, I will arrange for a proficiency test when you feel you are ready. Don't worry if you don't pass the first few times, I fully believe in you, so long as you stay motivated.

I will consider your recommendation, but I also feel like it might be a bit too 'on the nose' (which is a saying indicating a little too accurate, particularly for a given context).
