I see where Pinkie is coming from and you have an interesting way of leading your audience there, but the conclusion is just... sad. At least there's room for hope that everything will work out in the long run.

This Pinkie seems calmer so the end seems odd. Overwhelmed? I’m thinking weirded out.
This was both sweet and sad. It's nice that Pinkie can be herself around Fluttershy, but sadly, others can't handle it. In a way, it feels as though Pinkie is putting on a show for the world, but it's only around Fluttershy can she truly be Pinkie Pie.
A nice touch mentioned how everyone feels overwhelmed, is how each interaction ends with the pony Pinkie is speaking with finding a way to escape. It appears harmless, but we soon find out how much that bothers Pinkie.
Nicely done. I really enjoyed this story.
