This story is a sequel to Lunaverse: Galaxy Rangers - Secret Agent Dinky

A Galaxy Ranger story.

Octavia Philharmonica doesn't have much time left. The Grand Galloping Gala is only three weeks away and she still hasn't created the perfect ending to the infamous Symphony for Moon and Sun. An ancient incomplete melody almost a thousand years old and said to be cursed. Anypony that has attempted to finish it or even play it soon finds their career in shatters or worse. Octavia wouldn't be daunted. She will write the perfect end to the composition no matter the cost. Help arrives from an unexpected source from the disgraced Duke Greengrass and she soon finds herself tangled up in a mess that might determine the entire fate of Equestria.

A Lunaverse spinoff story.

Power Ranger copyright of Haim Saban.

Thank you Talon and Thorn and RainbowDoubleDash for prereading this story.

Thanks. This series needed a theme song.

Sorry, theme from the galaxy rangers cartoon... couldn't resist a pony touch to it

Celestia’s plan is truly insidious.

Well that doesn't sound good. Luna, you cray-cray.

The dance reminded me of a particular bit in the D&D adventure Curse of Strahd; basically there's a tower that can only be accessed if you do a specific dance to get in. The thing is that we spent our time in the tower worried that the main villain - Strahd von Zarovich, a Dracula expy and completely terrifying monster - would come in after us...until we realized that in order for him to get in, he'd have to do the dance too. Which was hilarious.

Either that, or he might have a minion do it for him, but the image of Strahd standing off to his side with his arms crossed while watching someone else do a dance like Strahd was their hype man or something was even funnier.

I'm interested in seeing how the Symphony's plot and Greengrass' little adventure intersect.

Luna needs to learn to share better, I see. Might have always been a problem with her.

“Flutter ponies are wonderful. They provoke wonder.
Flutter ponies are marvellous. They cause marvels.
Flutter ponies are fantastic. They create fantasies.
Flutter ponies are glamorous. They project glamour.
Flutter ponies are enchanting. They weave enchantment.
Flutter ponies are terrific. They beget terror.
The thing about words is that meanings can twist just like a snake, and if you want to find snakes look for them behind words that have changed their meaning.
No one ever said Flutter ponies are nice.
Flutter ponies are bad.”

— Terry Patchett, probably.

A scoff caught her attention and she turned to see a pegasus mare glaring at her. The mare’s appearance caught her off guard. Cheerilee had never seen a mare such as this one. She shared the same mane and coat colors as Fluttershy and her dress was pink with wreaths of colorful flowers all over it and she caught everypony’s attention. There was an inexplicable natural beauty about her. She made everypony who looked upon her lose their breath for her beauty outshone even Princess Luna. The only thing that disrupted the image was the hate-filled eyes aimed towards Cheerilee.

During the editing I thought this was Fragrant based on her colours but now I'm fairly sure it's the queen of the Flutterponies, she certainly seems hung up on Greengrass now.

You're right. Unfortunately, Flutter Ponies aren't too forgiving when crossed...

Poor Tavi, but i got a feeling she can do it.

Oh Octy, by not accepting help your doomed to not finish it.
That's probably what's missing. Friendship.
