Where is twilight and the others?

I think they are with the resistance and they fled to somewhere.

That was also explained earlier but people probably forgot that too. To explain, Spike ended up stopping Chrysalis from attempting an invasion of Equestria, and did a much better job at it than Celestia ever could, mostly because she basically never lifts a hand to solve anything.
This led to the vast majority of Equestria basically accepting his propaganda that he will keep Equestria safe, unlike the Alicorns.
Poor Thorax I hope he gets better

Why the heck do you want to involve the main Equestria? They have no business with this dark world! Plus, it gives Spike a excuse to fight back and invade your world next as retaliation.
Plus, it makes you hypocritical to "invade" them first. And Twilight and Starlight AREN'T the invading types.
Twilight and especially Starlight are definitely screwed. And personally, they kinda had it coming. Firstly, they interfered too much, and for their involvement with Thorax's own poor predicament by foolishly give him up to Sombra was a dick move.
And I do like to see the karmic consequences on those two off-dimension idiots for pissing off King Spike here. And I do pity Thorax.

Liberating slaves from a horrible fate is deserving punishment ?
Because their not from this universe they should stand aside let atrocious take place when they have the means to stop it ?
An innocent mistake made from someone who was only trying to do her best should meet a horrible end !
Your sense of karma is skewed
11381086
My karma ain't "skewed".
Sorry, I was putting this in perspective of King Spike in my case. And I like him more than canon Twilight/Starlight. And they made more screw ups than solving them. So it's hard to root for them.
11381094
Skewed, not screwed loose.
Skewed just means off or crooked.
Just thought I'd prevent a fight XD
11381153
Thought it was the same meaning?
Just didn't like the way skewed sounds.
Anyway, what is exactly your opinion between the constant; "Is the side of King Spike and his group vs Twilight/Starlight and the resistance 'right'" from the comment section? Since you wrote this story yourself?
11381166
Well, Spike is invariably the antagonist of the story, no if ands or buts about it. He might have many redeeming qualities, and some may see that some, if not most, of his actions are completely justifiable, but just because he is an anti-villain doesn't make him a hero or a good person.
Now as for the resistance, a similar argument can be made for them, but they are and will always be the lesser of two evils.
On one side you have a continent spanning empire that is rapidly expanding it's borders, colonizing and enslaving countless peoples while eradicating their cultures and ways of life to propagate it's own somewhat corrupt existence, while on the other hand you have a resistance with a rather bumbling leadership who use dark magic and are rather racist.
There is an argument to be made justifying both sides, like how people will swear up and down that the Roman Empire, who did all the same shit as Spike's empire, were the good guys and the Goths and Sassanids who tore them down were the definition of evil. Invariably the Resistance will generate bad reactions from the reader, for obvious reasons, they are basically operating as a terrorist cell in some aspects, but they are the lesser of two evils.
Of course, being the lesser of two evils does not make you good, which is and will remain a significant plot point.

This reminds me of the Rebels/Rebellion and the Galactic Imperial Empire from Star Wars. Of course, it obviously shows on who's good and bad.
But in this twisted scenario; The Galactic Empire is still bad ( somewhat ), but toned down a bit. Like let's say Palpatine and Vader actually don't let their Sith ways corrupt their empire as much in canon. Or didn't use Tarkin's "fear doctrine". And use Thrawn a lot.
And make it more competent like Stormtroopers NOT being terrible at shooting. Or upgrade the Star Destroyers to have anti-fighter turbo lasers, and get rid of the giant shield domes as a obvious weakness, and put the shield generators internally for example.
And as for Rebellion? It's instead all run by frickin Saw Gerrera of all people.
You see what I'm getting that?
Please update

Hope you dont mind, clicked on the story out of curiosity and was just browsing. Not my thing though, so feel free to ignore this; just saw the comment and decided to reply.
Indeed, and therefore my problem is that the lesser of two evils becomes the greater evil it it wins, often leading to a cycle of "lesser evils." And the argument of Terrorists vs Revolutionaries is old. Not to mention the often bloody struggles that occurs when there is a power vacuum. At the end of the day, either a side is chosen or you stay out of it. And even if you stay out of it, you WILL eventually be dragged into it. No matter what you do, you will be vilified. Even it you are somehow a genuine hero with good intentions... even if you bring peace, it is just a temporary pause between the conflict of differing ideals. Many say what matters is HOW you do something... except even if restraint is made and all the "rules" followed... all that does is allow your enemies an advantage.
Not really arguing or agreeing, just throwing that thought out there. I could be wrong, but that's my thought on the matter.
Now I just want to know what happened or what this world twilight did to spike
