Coronet the lesser

"Writing is easy. All you do is stare at a blank sheet of paper until drops of blood form on your forehead." ~Gene Fowler

Princess Celestia loves Autumn.

For the hues of its leaves, the gentle breezes, and the heralding of the end of summer. As the seasons change, so too does the world. Where once there was certainty for Equestria, now the road ahead is obscure.

Celestia, for one, welcomes it.

Excellent job on this short story. Yeah, loved Celestia and Luna's reflections on the past as well as on the season. Darn good symbolism.

I’m really glad you enjoyed it. I thought maybe at points I almost went overboard with the old symbolism :twilightsheepish:

Nonetheless, super glad you liked it! :pinkiehappy:

OK, I guess I don't really understand what you are trying to convey here.

I enjoyed this story. You captured well the atmosphere of Fall.

Basically it means that life is all about change. Just as the seasons change, so do living beings - regardless of species. Sometimes, the change is subtle. Other times it's more obvious. And, yes, change can be scary, but not ALL change is bad. In fact, even if things were already good before, it is still possible the change could be for the better. That's the hope for the future.

A peaceful and lovely depiction of Autumn. I liked how Luna added to Celestia's vision. And an intriguing thought of what's to come. Have a thumb up. Thank you for sharing this.

I generally leave the interpretation of my stories up to my readers cause I don’t like to dictate but 9826659 is essentially the gist of it.

I’m glad I captured the atmosphere! That was something I really wanted to nail while writing this. Glad you enjoyed it

Very poetic read

For anyone interested, I did a reading of the story. I hope you enjoy.
