The shadows in this world aren't strictly yours, Mena. One of the, likely former at this point, SCP objects was a being made entirely of shadows.
Well, there is the somewhat obvious 'stack things until you can climb the pile to reach the vent' route, but I'm more curious about why you don't use your shadow form to sneak out. If you aren't fully manifesting when you use that, then the blood price shouldn't apply, or at least not enough to matter in the long run. Judging by your wording, there's still the occasional grunt or squad that comes down to the basement. Just hitch a ride in one of their shadows.

There is Surprise, yes. Sometimes she's a third personality, sometimes she's a separate pony. Originally, she's G1 Pegasus Pony, with a personality similar to Pinkie Pie, so that's where the basic idea comes from. Problem is, if there is a version of Surprise, she's still trapped with our Pinkie.

As for Shadow hiking, it's a possibility but she'd have to let full manifestation run out and then somehow getting it back, making it really hard to stay unnoticed.

Hmm... Part of me wants to just send in The Black Rabbit Company, but I'm trying to limit my involvement. I'm guessing the basement is underground, so she can't just blow up or break down a wall, even if she wasn't having problems with just the door. If the site had one of The King's Spears, it'd just be a matter of time until it got put to use, in which case all Mena would have to do to shadow hike unnoticed is avoid killing in areas where she could be seen. As for ways to escape under only her power... well, an energy bomb small and weak enough to only destroy the door could get her out, but that'd be counterproductive to the 'stay unnoticed' bit.

As a side note, I had no idea those spears existed. It would have been an interesting idea... Especially if Mena and the spear could interact without adverse effects.

Well, the spears and entities within them were meant to interact with Humans, not Ponies. And Mena isn't entirely pony— no offense. It's possible the demons wouldn't be able to possess Mena, in which case Alfa and Foxtrot would be particularly useful.
But, seeing as The Black Rabbit Company is my new favorite SCP, we'll go with them.
