Being celestias milk, it might have some Special abilities, like never going bad, healing powers etc.

Imagine a world, where celestia is the sole source of dairy products, her milk also being used to water crops for enhanced growth, used as Primary ingredient to make Long Lasting, almost indestructible Cloud cities, any species can walk on, and even entire water parks running on Nothing but celestias milk. A Network of Pipelines spanning the entirety of the Country, several Landmarks, like ghastly gorge being converted into Reservoirs, to store all the spare milk.

And yet, despite being milked several times a day, she still feels just so full...
