I never intended it to be a full story. It was a what-if I came up with, to see if I could create a satisfying delve into the mind of a genius-level disgruntled cripple, and what they would think if they were offered another chance at life.
I'd really like to see more stories like this, where some of the what-ifs of magic are explored and more original villains are characterized. Nicely done. The idea of a 'villain origin' story always is intriguing.
