Adult Babies/Diaper Lovers. It’s a fetish.

On which note, this story should have the fetish tag, at least. It doesn’t matter if it’s being done for non-sexual purposes, this is still a fetish.

Love the story

Wonderful work as always! If you were Twilight then I’d tell you your story would be graded an A!

A fetish is defined by the dictionary as “a form of sexual desire in which gratification is linked to an abnormal degree to a particular object, item of clothing, part of the body, etc.” The reason I did not use that tag is because the feelings, emotions, and actions in this story were not sexually motivated.

Thank you, Jordan! Always good to hear from a fellow padded pony writer! You’re so kind. I can’t wait to see what you come up with next!

See, this is why people are annoyed by you and everyone else who thinks like this. Just because something is not sexual in universe does not mean that it isn't blatant fetish content in real life. Tag your damn fetish material.

But that’s the whole point, Isn’t it? We’re talking about what’s going on in universe. That’s the entire point. I only use the fetish tag when I believe characters are not of the age of consent. I’m not talking about in real life, I’m talking about right in this universe. I put up my warnings in the summary, in the author’s note, about what content this entailed. If people think it’s a fetish, they shouldn’t read it. It has never been a fetish to me, nor to most of the people I have met in my life who enjoy it. And I certainly don’t write it as such. It’s why I don’t use the tag unless the circumstances mentioned above are thought to be correct. I’ve explained why I didn’t tag it that way in the author’s note. And if you think it’s wrong, then that is your opinion. But it’s not your story. It’s mine. And I’m proud of it. I worked for three days on something I feel turned out wonderfully, and comments like yours can’t take that away from me. If people are annoyed by it, they shouldn’t read it. Our fandom is built on the idea of loving each other and showing our friendship to one another. It should be a place where people can post whatever Is in or on their hearts without fear of what may come. Comments like that make people afraid to express themselves, because they worry about the inevitable storm of criticism to come, just for expressing what they feel. I’ve seen authors who do use the fetish tag and put up warnings still get dragged through the mud. It doesn’t stop that in any way. I’ve learned that no matter what I do it will not stop the storms from people who write comments like yours. So I might as well do what I think is best anyways, because at the end of the day, I have to live with me, and be happy with myself and my choices. And I am.

*nopes the fuck out of here*

Finally read this, it is beautiful! This is the kind of understanding more people need to have about AB/DLs. The thing they want most is acceptance and understanding. And all things considered, it is a far less harmful method of stress relieving than ones that many with their level of stress tend to turn to.

There's definitely room to write Shining Armor as one, given that he has an important job and can act tough and responsible but at other times we've seen him act not unlike a big kid. And having a child like Flurry Heart that commands so much attention would definitely make him feel like he ha to compete for attention from Cadence. :rainbowkiss:

I agree! Super well-written, Super Pink Brony! :3

I liked your psychological takes in this story, as a psychology nerd myself. I feel like the pacing at first hindered my immersion into the big picture, but it overall hits the nail on the head and the characters think rationally. Also, I like the attention to anatomical details; the hypothyroidism stuff was spot on.

This is a good story. I can’t lie
