Rainbow- would support the wonderbolts so most likely would support the war or at least tolerate it
Pinkie- I have no idea, but I think she would still at least be there for the soldiers after the war to try and cheer them up

so i was wondering, was Mac a regular soldier, or did he occasionally do some off the books missions like black ops. Like was he apart of MACVSOG

He was with the 101st airborne. He manned the m60 on patrols he was also part of some key battles in the war I'm going to do a somewhat flashback about it. Also I feel like special forces are overused in stories plus I didn't want Big Mac fighting like special forces I wanted him to fight mean, nasty and unpredictable.

Short answer: I think princess Luna Would be happy knowing her name is being used to piss off the one percent.
Long answer: In 1861 to 1865 The Equestria civil war Between the Luner republic and the solar empire. The war started for equal representation in parliament for earth ponies and bat ponies. The war ended with princess Luna being banished it would take ten years for equal representation. In Canterlot the nobles and the one percent use princess Luna name as a insult. the civilians on the other hand saw her as the voice of the people. During ww2 747 squadron nicknamed the Luna Angels after a bomber run that gone horribly wrong.
