Ever heard of H2O: Just Add Water? Because it reminds me of that - girl has land and sea forms - except in this fanfic, the transformation is voluntary. I also really like how you portrayed different species working together.

Thankyou Nitro :) There is a pre-story to this called, “Fish and Lilypad”, where Fish follows the stream from her farm to the river. ( It actually kind of starts with “Pony Poets” and as I evolved as a writer I arrived at this one :D ) Anyhoo, in ‘Fish and Lilypad” the fillies meet and Fish gets a breathing mask to visit Lilypads home and Lilypad learns the land spell so she can visit Black Brook Farm.

A nice little slice of life. Nothing too dramatic, just a relaxing bit of daily routine.

Fish shouted to the Ship’s Engineer to make sure the engine was locked before climbing down and kicking it under the boat

.
I approve of the safety mindedness.

That was particularly professional of me on the safety :) (one of my rational days)
I like Fish, Sam and Glyn, they do cracking job on the ‘every day folk’ bit, with a twist of mlpfim built in.

Had no idea that was a thing :o)
So many platforms, so many ways of doing things.

Short but cute. 😉 Nice work!

You oughta mark this as a sequel to Fish and Lilypad. It's been a while since I read that one, and the reminder would have been nice! :)

Yep, I struggle with that. We’ve cut up the race truck so in theory I will have more time to jump on this stuff.
*I think it is actually a sequel to, “A Boat Tailed Wagon” (checks and yes)

Aha! I'll make that change in my review, too. :)
