Nightmare Moon honestly strikes to me as a split personality born from Luna's mind and such.
In fact I think the current writers and even Faust(I think??) said NMM is essentially more of a split personality born from Luna essentially bottling everything up and her negative emotions/darkness and such.

Yeah, it would be good to watch it again. Majorly helps with writing. It's one of the reasons I haven't been writing besides the fact that I don't feel like doing it at the time and life giving me problems. My goal is to watch the entire show again, perhaps even multiple times so I can not only write better material, but enjoy it.
