I'm finally ditching my old tiny little ankle-high grill for a proper waist-high grill/smoker combo.
I've been debating whether to inaugurate it by grabbing some filet mignon steaks from Costco or a Papa Murphies pizza to smoke, but quesadillas might be a good choice too.
