I liked this story, but I was a little bit confused at the romance between Twilight and Rainbow not going anywhere. The relationship could be developed in a sequel if you were to going to write one though.
I like to think that Twilight was being paranoid at the end and Luna was not infected with a parasite. If Luna was infected by a parasite still I don't think she would have helped Celestia but who knows...

Twilight does get a little paranoid at the end, recognising that Luna is the only one who can detect and resolve the parasites in the dream realm, but was she right in what she thought she saw?

If people don’t know about the sun, the sun is a star so Celestia is raising a giant star that could turn you in fried bacon and the sun is the hottest star to exist in the galaxy! The sun is so hot that it could fry an egg! Just look up the sun and you will know what I’m saying!
Ooooooh, that explains a lot now, wait so what about Twilight? Oh wait it's magic isn't it? Oh I wouldn't be surprised if Twilight was immortal because of magic but that would also mean she is more powerful than Celestia since magic flows through the entire universe. Hmmmm, not entirely sure.
I am very confused by the ending, so is Twilight now a victim or Luna? Or both...
