Pretty cute start. I could only imagine Applejack getting into such things. Big mac, for whatever reason, seems like he'd be a possible pony to try, or be into, something like this. Though I'm always on the fence with AJ.
Big Mac and AJ remember their parents more than Apple Bloom. So, in missing their childhoods with their parents, Big Mac and AJ could go to this to kind of get back what they lost.
You certainly have Pinkie being Pinkie. Fluttershy is certainly quite adorably bashful, too. I think I'll follow to see what happens next. :)
This is really cute so far. I like that you're slowly building up to the sexual stuff, instead of diving straight into it. You've certainly earned a like and favorite from me and I eagerly await more.

Cream Heart is really just a secondary caretaker to help Mrs. Cake from getting overwhelmed. A pony can only change so many diapers! She might come back in a later chapter, but for now I don't really have much planned for her.

Honestly it's one of my favorite chapters. Everything that happened in it seemed to flow into one another seamlessly once the inspiration hit me.

I knew early on that I wanted the story to focus not only on Fluttershy's entry into the whole diaper thing, but for it all to climax on her and Big Macintosh doing something special with one another. Also I'm trying to avoid ending stories with the main character going to be. Just like how you're not suppose to start a story when the character wakes up in the morning, I feel like ending this story that way would have been a little...taboo? Look forward to another chapter. Maybe a couple more depending on what I can pin down storywise!

I would think Fluttershy would still try to fight it as hard as she can. Part from habit but also because that's more exciting. Fight with all your might but have it still happen. Maybe even roleplay that she's constipated to get Mrs. Cake's affection.
Fun chapter once again, I wonder how this will spread out into their own daily lives between Mac and Shy. I loved the scene with Shy punishing Mac in his warm dirty diapers, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Keep it up dude and I hope we get to see more of the cake dynamic in the future too.

Maybe a spin off centered around the Cakes could be worked in later. For now though, this story was more or less centered on Fluttershy, so I wanted to wrap up anything I had for her. Happy to hear you liked it!
