That's a cop out. Especially when you know it will disturb a public.
That's like forcing a naked man into an all female festival. He wasn't invited and there may be some thirsty gals there and it was never planned, but overall it all comes down to what the man wanted to do.
Which leaves an even worse taste in your mouth after realizing that. Keep in mind majority would have to agree that this acceptable. Rather than screw the majority, I do this for the very few.
If so be prepared for repercussions. The appropriate thing would have been to place this into an appropriate group who would give better feedback that actually want this type of story.
So I'm sorry about all the negativity but I hope this explains why this happened and how best to publish this piece. As for me and many others for that fact. It's not something we'd like to see logging into the site.

I think there might be some confusion here
I didn't put this in any groups. Literally just posted the story for the person who paid me to write it and the wonderful weirdos who actually like the things I write for whatever reason.
I don't write this sort of thing for your approval, uce. I write these things because it's fun, and I post them here because a shocking amount of people like to read it. That's all the invitation I need.
Your analogy is inherently flawed because FiMFic isn't an all lady festival. It's not an all anything festival. It's a collection of various different groups and subgroups with a myriad of different tastes. I don't like shitty romcom stories, and I'm sure I could find some stats to show that the "majority" agrees with me, but that doesn't mean shitty romcoms shouldn't be allowed on the site.
I've been doing this for quite some time now, and lemme tell you something that a lot of people don't understand: most people don't care what I write. They shouldn't. Because, at the end of the day, what I choose to write has no influence on their lives.
I knew this would happen. I knew that a good chunk of people would reject this story. I don't write for them.

A number of reasons, the chief of which being that it's fun. Think slasher movies, Mortal Kombat, hard core bdsm porn, and wrap it all into one. That's essentially what these stories are.
Another, slightly less important, reason is that people are willing to pay for it.
