And that's how Equestria was made!!! Glad to hear Flutters is okay, interesting; the only qualms I have are that the format might not have been the best for this and that the grammar had some issues...
A suggestion perhaps... You could make this be the first chapter / overview, then possibly add chapters that explain it more with some artistic license...

The technical aspects leave a lot to be desired and, as a reader, I can't help but want to be actually drawn into this dream world rather than be told about it. However, this straight-to-paper approach has its own unique appeal and comes off as genuine and mysterious where it otherwise might have seemed contrived. All that aside, it's an interesting flight of fancy. Thank you for sharing it with us. +1
