Wouldn't it make more sense to make the Chaos Angels representing vice demons? (or at least fallen angels)

Actually, the Chaos Angels are actually both Demons and Angels. 7 serve Heaven & the other 7 serve Hell, and believe it or not, they’re actually friendly with each other, also their Heaven and Hell are actually no longer at war at each other. They were at war, though, due to the machinations of YHVH {from the SMT Series}. At this point, plans have been made to end YHVH, but nothing has been set in stone, regarding YHVH. Their warring with each other ended when both OC!Garebel, who represents the Virtue of Modesty, and his Vice counterpart, Naoki Kashima {From SMT 3 aka the Demi-Fiend}, who represents the Vice of Pride, discovered and subsequently revealed that YHVH was behind it all. At this point, they assume that YHVH is dead(YHVH isn’t, but is in a very Weakened state). You could also say that the Chaos Angels are, Military-wise, The Lady & The Devil’s second in commands. The Chaos Angels only have their name because they have mastered the Chaos Element, aka both Light and Darkness unified as one.
Not a bad start, amigo. Lots of action, and quite a few characters. As you know, I'm not too familiar with either fandom you're writing for, but I can tell you know your characters.
Kind of a confusing chapter, but I definitely get the feeling some of those creatures that escaped their cards are going to be bad news. You're obviously trying to weave two plots - on YuGiOh and one MLP. That's a big challenge, and I'm glad to see you're trying it.
Action packed chapter. You're moving your plot ahead quickly, and that's good.
That was quite a duel. Lots of detail. However, you never explained where Trixie got a deck of YuGiOh cards from?
Surprising shift from YuGiOh to Kamen Rider. Are you planning on linking all three fandoms here?

Something to share with my story, after looking over my conversation with @Efadd…
While I do plan to go past the first season, at this point, OC!Garebel has NOT gone though the events of P5, this was conceived before P5 had it’s second trailer, the first being just the chairs and ball with chains, revealed. As a result, the side effects of NOT having a Shadow is different in this story than in Persona Canon.
I just wanted to share this info.
