You've kind of forgotten that pegasi control the weather, haven't you? If any unexpected storms come up, Rainbow Dash would know something was wrong.
The word "suddenly" is overused. In general, your writing isn't very detailed, there are tons of grammatical errors, and a lot of confusing things are happening all at once. Slow it down a little bit.
Speaking of "confusing things happening all at once," the Equestrian army lives in the basement of the shopping mall, pops out of trapdoors, and hands out SMGs to any pegasi who happen to be shopping at the time? What is this I don't even.
