The rapid start of the clop certainly reminds me of an Instant Loss 2 Koma situation which is a good thing. Just wondered about her seemingly getting let go after 'giving up'. Did they all already bust their nuts in her?
Other than that there are not many descriptions that show that this is an anthro story. This can be seen positive and negative. I personally like that more seeing as I can imagine her as a pony like that better in the story, seeing how I prefer normal ponies to anthro.
Anyway I wrote a Rainbow Griffon Cum Dumpster Story myself. It is a topic not used nearly often enough, so I hope to see much more of this. Knots and barbed griffon cocks are quite fun to read about, and your story so far is quite the fun read as well!

It's where the 'knot' swells up inside the female and prevents the separation of the two participants for however long it takes to deflate. I don't know how long that is for Griffons, but in dogs it's about half an hour.

Oh for fuck's sake. Gilda set her up. She never said anything about that stupid rule. If anything she intentionally avoided mention of it. And why would any female issue a challenge if yielding just makes it even worse? Knotting is kinda hot but this was super lame. Either have the balls to make it all out rape or just don't bother.
