Six years have passed since a pandemic transformed a quarter of the population of the United States into ponies. Magic has advanced far in that time, but its formerly human users will soon find that they have advanced too quickly and recklessly.

Ne, I think you mean me. I think this house of cards is about to collapse. I hope they get the killer on something and he dies as he sounds like a real scum and needs the short drop.
So Tom and Amanda got the chance to be human again even if they didn’t like it much because of the time spent as ponies. I wonder what would happen if someone born as a pony or, like Jessie, only spent a short amount of time as a human took the pony to human transformation. Would Jessie’s curiosity finally be sated. It would be interesting to find out, even if it does happen later down the road.

The spell seems to be based off of the former humans' memories and perceptions on what they should look like, it would presumably be dangerous to try it out on someone who had never been human or had only been human for a short amount of time because there's no telling what the actual outcome would be, and it's likely too risky to try. Still would be interesting to see an explanation for it.

If she did she'd be using the improved version that grants human mindset and suppresses pony mindset. That wouldn't impact her as bad mentally. The issue currently is figuring out what form she'd actually end up with as Sunset's current version of the spell doesn't really have a way of just creating a form from scratch. This may be revised in later versions of the spell (especially if they can get the rehumanization spell to study too) as it is still under ongoing development. Currently they are trying to expand testing beyond Riverview and hope with the expanded testing to develop a perfected version, but even the expanded testing is still in a testing phase before it can go live for widespread public use with the perfected version.

I read through the rant. I try to make my characters have both their good and their bad traits--with a few rare exceptions. Wild Growth is not one of those exceptions. I also don't try to make characters who's flaws are as straight forward as they first appear, and are symptoms instead of much bigger underlining issues. Wild Growth gives an explaination in story about her sex drive, and what she says is true...as far as that goes, but there are greater underlining issues to her that she is not as self aware of that I hope readers are able to pick up on. The same applies to almost every major character.
