Looks do not use the term 'monster' to say a different race of dragon, use guild term, clan or house, example: House of the Dragon Skeletons or Clan of the dragon skeletons or guild of the skeleton dragons, it makes it possible to invoke a ancestral skeleton in feral form or anthro that the characteristic of the clan or house.
Do not be lazy by names, your OC name (name of your nick is meaningless) and Spike's Name (in the Twilight story of that name) searches for the name of dragon or warrior.
And it creates jealousies for Twilight, about this new brother of Spike.

Finally managed to read this after finding it a few years ago(I think).
Man, its pretty interesting and I wished it got to continue.
Especially since this was made(I think) a couple of months before I joined the MLP fandom.
