Interesting set up.....leaves us with questions yet at the same time I feel like this sorta is out if place and left me confused. It was a decently good story don't get me wrong, but this is in the Giant Ponies folder.
So do you mean that when Chrysalis handles the Canterlot Invasion "personally" do you mean that she does it herself and will grow to maybe the size of her continent/country or however big you make her, as well as her conquering Equestria herself as a goddess? That would be interesting, and if that's the case, I would kinda recommend probably a chapter of each city in Equestria like Canterlot for one would be the main target and would be about maybe 7,000 words long and Ponyville, Manehatten, and Fillydelphia would be other targets about 5,000 words long. Just to get in as much giantess rampage destruction in as possible as well as some "fun" scenes too

chrysalis mission was a success, her love reserves were not only replenished, but to avoid her having to pull such a stunt ever again, equestria makes sure, she never runs low on energy again. this causes her energy reserves to reach heights they never reached before.
unbeknownst to even chrysalis herself, there is actually a limit, or rather a threshold for how much power she can hold, without experiencing side effects. and by side effects, i mean first a growth spurt, . an involuntary one, that could potentially threaten the stability of the world itself. before the main spurt, she can experience first smaller symptoms, like localized swelling, like what she did to her assets in the story.
