i like the story, but yea what all of a sudden made twilight change? I can even understand not wanting him to feel the loneliness again but still, that doesnt protect her feelings which seemed to change as well.

I call bullshit! I am thoroughly confused, that's hard to do, if Twilight really thought of spike as a little brother why would she kiss him? Does she have repressed feelings for him(doubt it), or is she just into that?

Ah. I remember this fanfiction..... the first one I ever read. This is what got me into fanfictions in the first place, which is why I thank you. Though this is nowhere near the best that I have ever read, it was at some point in time my favorite(and only ) fanfiction.

Y'know what, I'm not gonna touch the pacing or the logic. Instead I'm gonna fixate on something more nitpicky.

How on earth could spike possibly be cold blooded? First of all, dragons generate fire in their bodies. If they couldn't regulate their temperatures they'd die. Secondly, you ever seen a flying reptile? Warm blood is almost absolutely required for that kind of activity.

Finally, if he's cold blooded, warm clothes will do literally nothing. Bundling up only works if you generate body heat that can be retained.

You'd expect a dragon, the FIRE-BREATHING CREATURE, to stay warm.
