Okay I got to say this story is good so far, but still I don't see any reason why Celestia and Luna can't retake their titles as Princesses, after all they can UNDO everything Twilight did if they have a time travel spell handy so it's possible if they find something they don't like that Twilight did then they will just up and use the spell.
