Spike flees to the dragon lands where he is protected by the non extradition treaty. However, apart from obligatory military service, he will have to present a strong case to the dragon lord for why he should receive citizenship and not be deported.
I do feel a bit conflicted about this. For one, I did find the ending a bit enjoyable, and I was surprised by that twist of an ending. But I do feel a bit sad Spike didn't use them as his broodmares.

Why not just incinerate it? Granted, that large of a fire would probably attract attention, but charred and crushed bones are easier to hide.
Of course, if it were up to me, I'd have Spike keep both alive, and turn one into the bitch in a twisted love triangle. In fact, other than porn logic, I see no reason he wouldn't turn on Rarity if he likes her sister better. Not unless he's real messed up.
