I volunteer if you have not already found one. I've been doing a lot of editing for people on this site lately and trust me; this is like a level 2 editing job. Very minor fix's needed to grammar, spacing and sentence structure and spacing.
If all you want is basic editing. I can knock out roughly 1 chapter a day no problem. Though more advanced and expansive editing. Basically improving on the story itself rather then just the structure, might take me a bit longer. It's up to you.
