this is blatantly untrue. calling it anything but a knockoff of Rasengan is extremely inaccurate. don't even get me started on calling it an assassination technique. it makes too much noise and requires you to run in a straight line after standing in one place for many seconds. it is a pitiful piece of crap, much like the sharingan.
while i can agree with people need to die, why would you call a rip-off of the one thing Jiraiya showed Naruto that noone else could something he would need? it is literally nothing but a rip-off. it is of no use to him. he'd be better off with hidden mist jutsu.

Yes, its kakashi's failed attempt at a lightning release Rasengan. It is clearly stated in the manga that it was. And yes it has drawbacks, as all techniques do. I'm not calling it a knockoff of the Rasengan, it's completely different from it. While the Rasengan grinds it's opponent to dust, the Chidori is for a quick kill. It's description is just what it is and what it was made for. And yes, kakashi specifically states it's an assassination jutsu. He made, he decides what it's used for.
Also, can we talk about the fact that the Rasengan was literally the only jutsu jiraiya taught Naruto? I mean, other than Sage Mode.

we could, except he never taught him that. as i recall, wasn't Jiraiya already dead when Naruto achieved Sage Mode. also, like krakashi and the tree walking, Jiraiya never taught Naruto the Rasengan. he merely showed him it was possible in hopes of keeping Naruto quiet for a couple of weeks till he got sick of failure and gave up. we all know how well that plan worked. on the three year restraining trip Jiraiya solely had Naruto try (and fail) to master the crutch is demon chakra. it is like the curse seal in that the more you use it the weaker you are. ever wonder why B is always lifting weights and training? it is because he knows the demon chakra is making his body weaker and weaker every time he uses it so he has to work out just to stay as strong as he is. Naruto doesn't get that kind of training.

Oh I just had a comical thought. Since Hikari absorbed alicorn DNA, he now has the ability to do pony magic. You can have a champter where Hikari is in twilight's library and finds a spell book of hers. Something like Starswirls guide to combat magic. or something like that. And being the gamer he absorbs it without a second thought. And Twilight goes wild because he destroyed one of her precious books.
Just a little thought of mine that would probably be good filler if you ever need it.
