I'd love to read more, but it's been almost 5 years since this story was left incomplete. Very nice writing, although the thought of so much valuable parchment near a blazing fire felt like foreshadowing. I'd have enjoyed it more if they had put it in a safe place before relaxing, although the author did say the fire was contained.
But the depth of description of the setting and characters and their history was unusually rich and enjoyable, indicative of a skilled and experienced writer. Can readers recommend other stories by the author?
Man, after Sculpting Marble, I was glad to see Maud Pie get the love she deserves (hopefully, Limestone will too), but man, we’re one chapter off from complete. I get it’s a smut fic, but MAN just one to go!
I hope you get back to this one day!
