Spike hasn't done it with any mayor, also the only mares that have done stuff to Spike has been the Celestia and Luna who haven't use dildos on him yet, Cloudy Quartz who use a butt plug, and now Fleetfoot who is the first to have use a dildo on him. Other then that it has been Spike doing butt stuff to mares, and also a few stallions.

Only one of the stories takes place in Ponyville so far, while three takes place in Canterlot. As for you guesses three of them are on the to bang list but have two others stories before that. And I have yet to think of a story for Spike to go over to Zecora's homeland yet

In the show there about five stallions for every mare and I have said before I'm going with that number in these fics. Also then is a RGR series so I thought would make sense for them to come up with this rule just to punish the other wonderbolt ,as well as getting sum, without having to deal with paper work and worrying about maybe losing a member from it
