Maybe that roleplaying she mentioned or some other kind of roleplaying like teacher-student affairs. I wouldn't recommend petplay or serious S&M, maybe either one of them just getting a little aggressive. Could also bring in a few of Cadences' maids and make it an orgy. If possible, you could do alternate endings which would make things interesting. Such as one involving Cadence getting so addicted to Spike that she divorces Shining, another involving her getting pregnant with Spike's kid or gets the other alicorn princesses involved.

One note... its fairly obvious you've never had sex in water, it NEVER works as lubricant, ever. That's okay, people commonly think hey soapy water is slick, and shower sex is great (and it is...it really is) but that's MOVING water, standing water like in a tub acts as a solvent not a lubricant. Point of fact its one of the fastest ways to dry up the vaginal area for penetration leading to painful and downright uncomfortable sex.
