Star-dance Seafoam doesn't know what she is, or anything Mère Gothel didn't teach her... except for the rare visions she sees when she swims that Mère Gothel tells her are only her imagination.
(This is not a crossover & the only anthro is the main character who is a siren though more human than hippokampos)

I am; it isn't that way here because the titles are parts of the song lyrics I had copy pasted over, after getting off work. Also, I have a weird tendency not to use it in chapter titles, because I have everything in my documents set in cursive script and the capital letters feel too aggressive to me that way. I know I should fix things, but I forget to.

TLDR: The Story Title was meant to be, the chapter title is a preference to ignore the rule for aesthetic reasons.

This was a good reminder I needed since I haven't written in a while. Thanks.
