You won't believe how many unlikable versions are there.
I think, I even saw a couple of times, situations where the author tried to make Celestia likable, but it failed and even backfired.

I think there is somewhere between 60-70% of Celestias who will make you angry while reading, on a scale between a bitch to a power-hungry racists tyrant
