At last count did 996 stories have some kind of FoE in its title, so it is a unwritten rule half and half written in stone. But yea you could try talking with some of the other admins about letting this one in if you want

Interesting premise, characters that actually feel alive and 3-dimensional, expressive descriptions, nice little details here and there!
Also, as Unity alicorns are personal obsession of mine, i'm very liked 2nd chapter and really hope that in the further story you will give due credit to their majesty and beauty!
