This story is about Prince Blueblood as he was magically trasnformed into a foal one strange night. Now as he tries to still do his princely duties in diapers. He also has to find out more about this strange enchantress and learn how to reverse the curse before he remains a foal forever!

I love Bucket Bridle, Bright Wing, and Cannon Feather. Definitely all wonderful OCs. Seeing you have them existing in two different universes allows them to show their personalities as both foals and stallions. You also get a lot of 'What If...?" covered by allowing your characters to explore various ways life can happen in Equestria.
The way you redid the Grand galloping Gala was awesome! Twilight got to do what she really wanted, Celestia wasn't miserable, Pinkie Pie got to be... well... Pinkie Pie without feeling out-of-place, and Fluttershy was spared her total breakdown. Dash and AJ may not have had the happiest of outcomes but being on a 'mission' likely made their not-so-successful attempts for "The Best Night Ever" less of a let down. :)
Seeing how Rarity is going to handle everything will be a lot of fun. This was the moment she came to loathe Blueblood. Now she is, if I guess, caught between feeling bad for him and wondering if there is a way that this may make him less of a jerk.
I feel bad as I've forgotten some of the other OCs who play a part in this world. Though I know you'll be refreshing us all as the story further unfolds. :)

All the activity seemed perfect for setting up what will be coming next. Blueblood falling asleep during his big meeting and then getting a bit of a lesson on how to be 'nice' during the dance with Flower petal.
<LoL!> I liked Flower Petal's "I wanted to dance with a prince all my life!" followed by Blueblood's attempt at an insult followed by her justifying fully that 3 years was definitely a long life of waiting. :)

Gabby-Gabby-Gaboo! This was a super-duper chapter! You're really knocking it out of the park with this story. So many great visuals with awesome pacing. Truly delightful.
My favorite part was thinking on how Rarity would be going so maternal for Hoity and Blueblood. She certainly would take it very personally if her milk was seen as nothing less than the absolute best.
The fashion show and bath were also great for getting Blueblood to loosen up and be more accepting of his current situation. Being a grumpy butt isn't going to help anyone while he is stuck that way. His natural 'spoild brat' aspect is still there, too. He won't be outdone!
The scene with the newspaper saying how the foal prince is in love was delightfully precious. I'd have loved to see a genuine picture of that article.

Lots of ground covered in this chapter. Quite impressive along with insightful as the core plot is being furthered as 'Bluey's' adventures unfold.
I am really enjoying Flower Petal interacting with Prince Blueblood. I'd say it is my favorite part of this story. She was fun with Spoiled Rich but super-adorable as a 'friend' to Blueblood.
The foal art museum was very clever. I think such places would be fun in real life. Parents would have a lot of fun having a safe place for their kids to express their creativity without having to clean up the mess afterwards. Plus displaying the art would be a lot of fun.
Rarity's maternal side is super cute, too. I do wonder if being put in a parenting situation would make her go into 'Mommy Mode'? The more I read how you write her in the role the more I genuinely believe she could pull it off and be happy with it.
I wonder if Shining Armor's going to encounter Blueblood in this foalish state? Maybe for a playdate with Bright Wing?

So cute! I liked imagining Rarity taking a snooze in her chair as the trio plotted their escape. The whole scene in the throne room was ultra cute with Flower Petal seeing herself as a true princess. I had fun imagining that.
Poor Blueblood. He's just not able to accept his current situation. However I think it makes him so perfect to potentially become Flower Petal's very special some pony. She knows how to put him in his place and I could definitely imagine the pair growing to become fond of each other. She's truly what a stuck-up like Blueblood needs to reel in his selfish behavior.
I see Rarity's going into full on Mommy Mode. But I wonder if Celestia and Luna are secretly having the same thing since they're nursing in secret and giving away some of their milk?
