I like what you’ve done with them, I like the direction you took the story. Interestingly I’d actually imagined their positions switched somewhat, with Marigold the older and more responsible one and Violet the gossipy upstart, but I can hardly complain as I didn’t even describe them as such.

One of them was purple and a unicorn, but that was her coat color in the original story so I stuck with it. Besides, wasn’t she just a bit too worldly for our favorite little egghead?
