Are these scary stories?

Depends on what's scary to you.

Why did you make the chapters so long?

Each chapter is a different story.

I'm disappointed that this story isn't a dark fic.

OK, but why is chapter eleven so long it could easily be chopped up into multiple chapters and posted as it’s own separate story?

I mainly wish to keep each chapter in this series as one due to its format of each chapter having a different main character and almost all of them being a different story.

Cool concept and all, but the latter half's execution is somewhat lacking.

I'm honestly quite puzzled by the phrase "every chapter is a new story"
Although the concept is interesting, but here are these open endings with the cultists, and here with the alternative “I” from the picture. The idea with the “picture with a portal” is good, the outcome is unexpected, but 1 story has an open ending, it directly asks for a continuation and then they are broken off, even though the continuation would already contradict the very idea of the story. In general, it’s very strange, I caught a glimpse of a chapter of about 60 thousand words, a couple of drops of sweat have already begun to trickle down my temple, some stories don’t take as many words as this chapter alone, although remembering the idea in the story everything falls into place, chapter 1 is the whole story.
In general, it’s quite interesting for this genre of history, let’s check out what’s next.:derpytongue2:

How dark and serious will this story be?

Not super dark, there are some violent scenes and death scenes but no blood and gore, as for seriousness, pretty serious.
