If you’re asking where the death tag is then the story needs to be above the everyone rating, as for the death in story, some is yet to come but a dragon did die

If I were to hazard a guess... some of the mods shown include:
The aforementioned Alternate Beginnings
Crimes Against Nature
Crimes Against Skyrim (with the Phony Fix)
Flower Girls
and several mods dealing with bones, frames and animations
Mods that are implied by hints in certain scenes appear to include:
Fertility Mode + (hinted by several of the Mane 6... there is an option in the mod's debug tab that allows to remove the ejaculate from an NPC which is described in the story as "Pony Magic")
various Sexlab mods including some geared toward non-con contact (hinted by one of the bandit scenes with the bandits eyeing the girls)
It would be interesting to see how Fluttershy deals with some of the animals assuming Creature Arousal and other animal themed mods are in this current playthrough.

When I first started this story, I didn't have many mods for Skyrim so certain ones like Crimes against Nature would've been new to me (still looking for a good Pony version that has both nude body (preferable CBBE) and hands. Only ones I've seen have one or the other).
I'm not really one for beastality in the terms of regular animals, humans on non-anthro MLP characters are different, probably due to them being sentient.
