Used Google Sheets, actually, with some help from a friend who knew how to use the VLOOKUP function for automation. I want some stuff to be a surprise for now, so I'm not going to link it... until the first game is over, at least. Then I'll link it so everyone can have a look.
I will say that, while I haven't counted them exactly, there are between 160 and 200 possible transformations (though some are repeats between body parts) so it's possible we're in for a wild ride.

i am liking this but i must nit pick this part, if you get two pair with two wild cards you dont know how to play poker as a three of a kind would be better so pinky had at least trip nines and likely a straight as she has a 6,9,j,j and one more card that is less than a nine and not a six so if is a 5,7,8 she has a straight the other cards she could have are 2,3,4 so fifty fifty straight and at least trip nines. now a straight beats a flush but we dont know what dash got. poker check your hands dubble jokers and 69 is funny but does not work for poker.

I may have derped there, now that you mention it. I forget what Pinkie's fifth card was. I am using an actual deck, but I only have a small desk space to do seven hands with, so it can be a little confusing. I'm just gonna chalk it up to the players not seeing Pinkie's winning hand if that was the case, though we'll never know now. I know I occasionally stare at a hand and miss the forest for the trees, so.

And it's fine to discuss ideas here, the question there is just for convenience. I do like living body suits, but I didn't put it on the list- anything like that would be an outside force rather than a transformation.
