Yeah, it's a trope in some vore fiction that there are some people who just want to be eaten, even when it's certain death. Their life's going fine, they understand the consequences, they just wanna get ate.

I guess my feelings on the matter have more to do with "consensual vs. non-consensual" as opposed to "fatal vs. non-fatal." If the prey is willing and enjoys the process, then I'm more open to those sorts of stories. Of course, Hunger and Heat had mind control, but that's enough of a fantasy scenario that it doesn't bother me that much.
To answer your question, though, I may have softened a bit on the subject.
I've always adored Rarity as a predator. It's sort of a play against type to see the pretty one doing something so physically rigorous like eating another pony and it just tickles that little part in my brain. Vore is quickly growing to be one of my favorite kinks.
Still coming back to this story half a decade later. Absolutely love the dialogue between Rarity and Lightning Flash, the whole thing is a treat from start to finish.
Any chance for a sequel?
